• Apply with a carrier oil to bottom of feet daily to strengthen immune system

• Use a small amount with a carrier oil to back of neck or chest area every few hours when fighting illness
• Open and sniff when traveling for a quick hit of germ-killing action 
• Put a few drops in a spray bottle with distilled water as a household cleaner
