Here are a few ideas:

• Use the roll-on to rub a few drops under your nose to keep it's invigorating smell present. Repeat as needed.
• For headaches, try using the roll-on on temples, along forehead and anywhere pain is present. Be sure to avoid eyes.
• Apply to your wrists, neck, and temples with the roll-on to let the oils absorb around your pressure points.
• Set up a diffuser next to your work station and use a few drops of full-strength Happy Focus to keep a steady flow near you as you work.
• Simply open the bottle or nasal inhaler and sniff!
